RefectoCil No. 2.1 deep blue is a dark blue shade, which has been developed for clients with light blond and blond lashes. In comparison with RefectoCil Nr. 2 blue black, the shade Nr. 2.1 deep blue has a larger share in deep blue colour which is more visible on fair lashes.
