The SM6690 10R dermaplaning handle, better known as the butter blade in the beauty industry is a disposable scalpel. The blade is permanently attached to a blue polystyrene handle. The 10R butter blade is ideal for contouring the nose, mouth and brows and features a rounded (bull nose) tip to prevent any accidental snagging or scratching thus providing a more effective and consistent finish.
